GEO15443: Space, Society and Development

This course provides a critical overview of the relationaships between the key ideas of space, social life and development in order to understand the spaitiality and its relation to social phenomena. Students will learn various issures from spatial interaction to the production of space, boundaries, peripehries; space and identity; spatial division of labour, gender and ethnicity; geography of exclusion and resistance.
